Evie Marheineke, a junior at Archbishop Mitty High in California, won the girls large school 2-mile race in 12:07.1 at the Ed Sias Invitational at Hidden Valley Park in Martinez, Calif. Marheineke contributed to Archbishop Mitty placing second overall as a team with 115 points, achieving the fourth-fastest time overall from all female races combined.
